RaviAstro primarily offers intangible and personalized services, including:
Online astrology consultations
Tarot readings
Spiritual counselling
Healing sessions (Reiki, energy healing, etc.)
Digital reports and remedies
As these services are customized and delivered based on individual birth details or personal concerns, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has begun or been delivered.
Once a consultation or session is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
If a user fails to attend the session at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of RaviAstro or the concerned practitioner, provided prior notice is given.
All digital products, including horoscope reports, recordings, remedies, or downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
For physical spiritual products (energised items, yantras, crystals, etc.), refunds or replacements will be considered only in case of damaged or incorrect items received.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos as proof.
Products once energised or used are not eligible for return or refund.
In case of duplicate payments or technical payment failures, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.
If a session is cancelled from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, users will be offered:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
Astrology and spiritual guidance are based on ancient wisdom and interpretative sciences. RaviAstro does not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with predictions or results.
