These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the association between RaviAstro (“Platform”) and the registered Astrologer / Tarot Reader / Healer / Spiritual Consultant (“Astrologer”). By registering and offering services on the Platform, the Astrologer agrees to comply with the following terms.
1.1 The Astrologer must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to provide services.
1.2 The Astrologer must submit accurate personal details, qualifications, experience, and identity documents as requested by the Platform.
1.3 RaviAstro reserves the right to verify credentials and approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
2.1 The Astrologer agrees to provide guidance based on astrology, tarot, numerology, healing, or other spiritual sciences.
2.2 All consultations are advisory in nature and intended for guidance only.
2.3 The Astrologer shall not claim guaranteed results, miracles, or absolute outcomes.
3.1 The Astrologer shall maintain dignity, respect, and ethical conduct at all times.
3.2 Use of abusive language, fear-based predictions, threats, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
3.3 The Astrologer shall not provide guidance related to illegal activities or promote superstition that causes harm.
Astrologers must not provide:
Medical diagnosis or treatment advice
Legal advice
Financial investment guarantees
Counseling encouraging self-harm, violence, or illegal acts
Any such violation may result in immediate termination.
5.1 All client information shared during consultations is strictly confidential.
5.2 The Astrologer shall not record, share, or misuse client data in any form.
5.3 Breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action and permanent removal from the Platform.
6.1 Astrologer earnings are based on consultations completed through the Platform.
6.2 Revenue share, payout cycles, and minimum withdrawal limits shall be communicated separately.
6.3 RaviAstro reserves the right to deduct applicable platform fees, taxes, or service charges.
7.1 The Astrologer is responsible for maintaining accurate availability status.
7.2 Missed sessions, frequent unavailability, or abrupt disconnections may affect ranking or lead to penalties.
7.3 Repeated negligence may result in suspension.
8.1 Client feedback and ratings are final and cannot be manipulated or disputed unfairly.
8.2 Attempting to influence or falsify reviews is strictly prohibited.
9.1 RaviAstro reserves the right to modify services, policies, pricing, or features at any time.
9.2 The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
9.3 RaviAstro holds the right to display astrologer profiles, content, and promotional material.
10.1 All platform branding, content, and technology belong exclusively to RaviAstro.
10.2 Astrologers may not copy, misuse, or represent platform assets elsewhere without written consent.
11.1 Either party may terminate this association with or without notice.
11.2 Upon termination, any pending dues will be settled as per policy, subject to compliance verification.
12.1 RaviAstro shall not be held responsible for outcomes arising from consultations.
12.2 The Astrologer is solely responsible for advice provided during sessions.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
By registering on RaviAstro, the Astrologer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
